Just toss the .tga & .txt file in the proper directory given
The .txt are important to ensure the .tga will be loaded in game, if u observe the content in the .txt, you will understand.
BackgroundLayout.txt file will ensure the .tga file will be loaded as base background
BackgroundLoadingLayout.txt will ensure the .tga file will be loaded as loading background
